- Within India
We are
sure that you would love our products. But in an extremely rare case, you want
to return/exchange our product, here is our returns policy:
1.
Eligible products can be returned within 3 days of product delivery until
unless specified on the product page. The eligibility of returns is clearly
mentioned on the product page, please do ensure that you are aware of the
returns eligibility before your place the order.
2. Items purchased under any kind of sale/discounted price/promo codes are final sale. They are not eligible for return or exchange.
3. In case you receive a damaged product (a highly unlikely event), please email us
at contact@ekaarambh.com the photo of the product along with the Order Number
within 24 hours of receiving the same. It will be replaced with another piece
of the same item.
4.
Different monitors/screens are calibrated differently; and hence, colors seen
may vary in different monitors/screens. Therefore, the product image is shown on
the website and the actual item color may not be 100% the same, there may have
slight variations between actual vs image on the screen. We don’t accept the
exchange request on it.
5.
Shipping Fees & COD charges are never refundable.
6. Once
you express to return a product through email at contact@ekaarambh.com, the
ekaarambh team must receive and approve the request, post which we will arrange
for a return pick up.
7.
After the return request is approved, you could choose to exchange the product
or seek a refund. The refund can be credited to your original credit/debit card
or net banking account. If you paid for the order using cash on delivery, you
will receive a refund in the form of store-credits only.
8. In
the case of refund to original credit/debit card or bank account, we will
refund the full amount paid after deducting a nominal return shipping and a restocking fee of Rs. 300. This will be done within 7 days of receiving the
product.
9. The
returns are subject to ekaarambh team’s discretion.

Customized/altered items are not eligible for any return or exchange.
